RETURNS 

I do not accept returns unless there is something wrong with your order or the item has physical damage. Please understand and consider that every item is handmade by me, just for you. If there is physical damage to your order, it must be addressed within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Once your order is placed, we do not accept any cancellation of orders, so please consider that before ordering. Each item is hand made and made to order. 

All items are unisex sizing. If they are tie-dyed or bleached, they will have been washed *in cold* once for the process of tie-dye or bleach. Each tie-dyed or bleached item will be unique in coloring and there are no two the same. 

We are not responsible for any order once it is dropped off to USPS or UPS. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. 

 

SHIPPING

All items are shipped out of Michigan. They will be shipped 10-15 business days (Monday-Friday) after the order is placed. Once the item is dropped off at the post office, it is in their hands. You will receive tracking information to your email when your items are shipped. If you have questions regarding your order, please allow 15 business days before inquiring about shipping details. STORE HOURS

Ally Cat Designs Co. Is open Monday, Thursday, and Friday 9-5pm. We are closed Tuesday, and Wednesday, so if you send a message please allow 48 hours for a response outside of those days. If you send an e-mail for a request, please allow 48 hours for a response. We do not work weekends, holidays, or time off that the owner takes off. Business days are Monday- Friday. If you have questions about turnaround time or business hours schedule, please send an e-mail before placing your order.
