RETURNS 

I do not accept returns unless there is something wrong with your order or the item has physical damage. Please understand and consider that every item is handmade by me, just for you. If there is physical damage to your order, it must be addressed within 3 business days of receiving your order.

All items are unisex sizing. If they are tie-dyed or bleached, they will have been washed *in cold* once for the process of tie-dye or bleach. Each tie-dyed or bleached item will be unique in coloring and there are no two the same. 

 

PICK-UP ORDERS

All items are made to order and processed in Tekonsha, MI. They will be available for pickup Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. There is a pick-up box located on my porch. Your order will have your name & order number on your package. Please respect our privacy. Please do not come to pick-up your order until you receive your pick-up e-mail notification. DO not knock on my door if there is a problem with your order. All order questions are to be sent through e-mail to allycats.craftco@gmail.com

 

SHIPPING

All items are shipped out of Michigan. They will be shipped 10-14 business days (Monday-Friday) after the order is placed. You will receive tracking information to your email when your items are shipped. If you have questions regarding your order, please allow 14 business days before inquiring about shipping details.
